i stayed at a different hotel in niagara falls before, but this one exceeded my expectations this valentine's day. the views from the room were absolutely stunning, allowing us to enjoy the falls right from our window. the spacious suite offered a great atmosphere for relaxation, and the evening reception was a nice touch.
the elevator wait times were too long.

The view from the upper floors, especially at night, gives you front-row seats to both the Falls and the fireworks. The King Suite we stayed in felt spacious for the family, making it perfect for our two-night adventure.
Right off the bat, the cleanliness could use some work; we discovered a large dead bug on the ceiling, and the carpet didn't seem like it had seen a vacuum in a while. The pull-out sofa blanket desperately needed replacing, and the lack of adequate toiletries for three people was a real oversight. If you're planning to enjoy the fireworks from your room, don't expect an extended show; ours was only five minutes long, which felt like a letdown considering the premium paid for the view. Although the proximity to amenities is a plus, navigating the elevator situation was a hassle, often requiring long waits. And on top of this, the dining experience at the downstairs restaurant felt steep; a 17% pick-up fee for the order without delivery is a real bummer. it has its highs and lows, but the location is undeniably a cherry on top.

The view from my room was truly breathtaking, allowing me to appreciate the falls from a great vantage point. The hotel was conveniently located and offered a nice evening reception with complimentary drinks. I found the high parking fees to be quite unexpected and the elevators were often slow, which could be frustrating during busy times.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking, offering a perfect panorama of the falls. The spacious suite made our family feel comfortable and at home. However, the breakfast was quite crowded and the options could use improvement, and it took a while to wait for the elevators during peak times. Overall, a solid choice for families seeking convenience and great views.

We adored the stunning view of both falls from our room on the 40th floor! The location was top-notch, just a stone's throw from great restaurants and attractions. You can't beat those picturesque views, darling!
Unfortunately, waiting ages for the elevators felt like a bad comedy skit. And don’t even get me started on parking—my wallet still hasn’t forgiven me!

Breathtaking Falls View
We had an amazing stay with a stunning view of the falls from our room on the 31st floor! The spacious suite was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy for my family to relax and enjoy. The breakfast options were plentiful, although the dining area was quite crowded during peak hours. One aspect that could be improved is the parking situation as it was rather expensive.
